Born and raised in Belgium, I am an innovative and data-driven global talent acquisition leader with over 15 years of experience scaling tech and non-tech teams, in-house at Google, Accenture, White & Case and UVeye, and with agencies like Hatstand, Magnet Agency and Orange Business Services. After relocating to the US in 2013, I joined Google Cloud as one of its first recruiters. In this role, I built their recruiting engine from the ground up, a key factor in their 20x growth.
